Meet Our Staff |

Our staff is comprised of experienced adoption professionals with special training in dealing with open adoptions. Danna Cousins, Adoption Program Director - Danna has worked more than 15 years in the field of adoption. She is a certified open adoption practitioner who primarily works with families waiting to adopt in the domestic program and the international program.
Cindy Falgoust, Maternity Case Manager - Cindy has worked as an advocate for birthmothers and birthfathers for the past six years, providing ongoing counseling and support services. She is a certified open adoption practitioner.
Donna Breaux, Administrative Director - Donna, an adoptive mother herself, has worked in the adoption field for 14 years and serves as a Master Trainer for the National Council on Adoption. Also the parent of a developmentally challenged child, she is well known for her advocacy efforts on behalf of those with developmental disabilities. |
